Penvalley Sleeping 4, is situated next to the famous Cobweb Inn.  Penvalley consists of two large double rooms with
double beds.  Brand new kitchen and bathroom,
 separate toilet, large Bathrooms with power showers
over the bath, large oak dining table and leather sofas. 
Flat screen TV with built in DVD.
This is a large apartment and would ideally suit two
couples who want to holiday together but not get
under each others feet!!!

Bed Linen and all Towels are supplied and electricity is meter free. 

Set in the picturesque village of Boscastle situated ideally for all coastal walks and strolls up through Valency Valley . The small village clusters behind the harbour in the Valley - and much of the land around here is owned by the National Trust, including the harbour and cliff-lands.

There are shops and pubs in the village just a short car journey will take you to Bude and Widemouth Bay just up the coast for those who surf and Trebarwith Strand beach is within 4 miles.

Other Places of interest include Port Gavern and Port Issac (Doc Martin Country and the Fishermans Friends), Tintagel (King Arthur Country!), Rock, Padstow and Rock (all water sports look out for the rich and famous) and not forgetting The Eden Project.

Reservations must be accompanied by a deposit of 25%
of the total tariff price.

 

Accommodation available from Saturday to Saturday 4.00pm on the day of arrival to 1.00pm on the day of your departure.  (Out of season alternative days and shorter periods may be available. Please ensure that you telephone for details)

 

All heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included in the tariff.

 

Please note that the property is a non smoking accommodation.

 

Only well behaved pets welcomed. There is an extra charge of £15.00 per dog per week. Dog beds must be provided and you pets must not be left unattended in the accommodation.
